“Your voice is heard”

The Ministry of Local Development has developed its capabilities by expanding the provision of means for citizens to communicate with it and monitoring performance indicators on a periodic basis, indicating that it aims to achieve a high improvement in the levels of governorates’ response to citizens’ complaints in quantity and quality.  

 

The most important axes are the “Your Voice Heard” initiative. It receives complaints in a number of areas, including building violations, encroachments on agricultural lands, garbage, occupancy, corruption, or any new ideas and proposals suitable for application in localities, and immediate communication is made with the “Your Voice is Heard” work team:
